JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process and expedite customer inquiries via phone, email and fax
  • Take orders over phone and answer customer questions
  • Provide pricing information and resolve pricing discrepancies
  • Verify lead times and stock status
  • Resolve discrepancies pertaining to orders Process customer returns
  • Code orders for input; order entry

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • HS Diploma required, College Degree preferred
  • Min 5 years of Customer Service experience, manufacturing environment preferred
  • Call center experience a plus
  • Ability to work well under pressure; heavy phone contact with customers
  • Ability to deal with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Must be able to multi-task, be detail oriented and a team player
  • Must be computer literate; MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
