Bel-Art Products Promotion Terms & Conditions

Following is general information regarding Bel-Art Products terms and conditions for promotional offers. In addition, please refer to each individual offer/promotion form for additional or different terms and conditions that may affect a specific offer.

To redeem promotional or sample offers, please complete the promotion redemption form (located under the “current promotions” button at www.belart.com) and fax to: Bel-Art Products at 973-694-7199, or email to: Bel-Art Products at promotions@belart.com  with a copy of your invoice or packing slip as proof of purchase. Unless stated otherwise individual promotion offers are limited to one per customer/laboratory however you may redeem more than one active promotion appearing on this website. Promotion effective and expiration dates can be found on each promotional offer and redemptions must be received by the expiration date listed on each offer.

Promotions are void outside the United States, where prohibited or restricted by law or company/university policy, and all promotions are subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. All promotions are open to legal residents of the fifty United States and/or the District of Columbia age 18 years or older as of the promotion beginning date.

Employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Bel-Art products and its affiliates are not eligible to participate in promotions.   When applicable, please allow six to eight weeks for delivery of free item. Free item may be shipped separately from order. All offers are while supplies last.

Manufacturer suggested list prices are in US$ for the United States domestic market and are current as of the start date of any promotion, however, we are not responsible for any errors in printing, and pricing is subject to change at any time.  The end use of all products is beyond our control.  No warranty express or limited is given regarding the end use or fitness of any product for any particular purpose.
