Sterile Cloning Cylinders

Isolate individual cell clones for a homogeneous cell population with these sterile cloning cylinders.

• To use: apply a thin layer of grease to the bottom edge, invert the cylinder over the clone, add a small volume of trypsin or EDTA, and incubate briefly at 37 °C (98.6 °F) until cells detach; then collect the cells from inside the cylinder
• Tapered so the bottom edge is wider than the top for a good sealing surface
• Made of polystyrene; sterile
